Our Grooms

Miguel began working with horses in 1998 and has worked at Twinwood since 2011. He lives on property and has extensive knowledge of all operations, from the day-to-day, clinic and show weekends, severe weather and contingency plans and and intricate knowledge of all farm equipment. His horse experience includes handling, clipping, trailering, and administering medication.

Pablo is the newest member of our team and works closely with Miguel. He has previous experience in many aspects of property maintenance and has been integral in completing multiple construction projects and recent upgrades at Twinwood.

Jose Luis also lives on property and spends most of his time in the day to day care of each horse; feeding, cleaning stalls, and taking horses in and out of turnout. He oversees the individual feeding of hay and alfalfa for each horse.

Armando came to Twinwood in 2015 and also lives on property. He is one of the most positive, hard working men you will meet. He is willing to step up to complete any task and also does an excellent job grooming the arenas.

Vicente has exceptional horse knowledge with over 27 years of experience. He has been with Twinwood for over a decade and is a master at all aspects of arena and footing care, keeping our state-of-the-art outdoor and covered arena footing in prime condition.

Jose came to Twinwood in 2011 and is primarily responsible for the grain, supplements, and medications for all horses on property. He not only has an incredible memory and attention to detail, but he also is extremely intuitive and recognizes very early if a horse is not feeling 100%.
